Yolanda is the Assistant Director, Law Help Desk in the IT Department. She is responsible for managing all Help Desk services and Help Desk employees.
Yolanda has been with the Georgia State University College of Law for 25 years. She has earned a Master of Science degree in Instructional Design and Technology (MS '21) and continues to support the College in several roles, using her customer service knowledge and skills to assist with major Law Events and programs.
Yolanda received her Bachelor's degree in Science from Tuskegee University. A fun fact that makes her proud is a successful skydiving excursion.
