Sydney Hill is the assistant director of admissions at the College of Law. In this role, she councils prospective and admitted students, coordinates the admissions team's recruitment efforts, and regularly serves on panels regarding the admissions process. In addition to these duties, Hill serves as the primary liaison for all admitted applicants, providing them with creative and engaging programming, panels, and visit opportunities.
During her time as a GSU Law student, Hill participated in the Landlord-Tenant Mediation Clinic, Urban Fellows, the experiential course known as Transition to Practice, served on the executive board of the Black Law Students Association, and held two externship positions, one judicial and one non-profit.
She earned her B.A. in Criminal Justice with a minor in Professional Writing from Valdosta State University and her J.D. from Georgia State Law.
