Michaela Vanisova Barnes, coordinator of the Atlanta Center for International Arbitration and Mediation, joined the College of Law in 2017.
Barnes, a native of Czech, moved to Atlanta to attend a graduate international exchange program in Business Administration at Emory University’s Goizueta Business School. Prior to joining the center, Barnes worked as an Assistant Resident Director of the International Studies Abroad (ISA) Prague’s office. Barnes also worked for Johnson & Johnson, assisting with the operations of TVCI®, facility providing services across 23 European countries.
Barnes holds M.P.A. with minor degree in International Law from the University of Economics in Prague, Czech Republic.
