Michael G. Regas II (J.D. ’91) is a partner at the Stone Law Group-Trial Attorneys, a firm dedicated to handling a wide variety of general civil litigation matters with a heavy emphasis on plaintiff’s wrongful death and serious personal injury. Regas’ practice predominately involves representing families and individuals in state and federal courts in wrongful death and personal injury matters arising from automobile accidents, trucking accidents, medical malpractice, products liability and premises liability cases.
While in law school, Regas clerked for Justice Richard Bell of the Supreme Court of Georgia and also served on the Moot Court Board. He also was a member of the Honor Court.
Regas has been included among the Georgia Super Lawyers by Atlanta Magazine for the past 10 years. He has an AV Peer Review Rating from LexisNexis Martindale-Hubbell and is listed along with partner William S. Stone in Best Lawyers and Best Law Firms in U.S. News & World Report.
Regas is one of the first plaintiff personal injury lawyers in Georgia to be board certified as a medical malpractice attorney by the American Board of Professional Liability Attorneys.
Regas is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, Georgia Trial Lawyers Association (GTLA), American Association for Justice, Southern Trial Lawyers, Lawyers Club of Atlanta and the Sandy Springs Bar Association. He was appointed as a mentor for the Transition into Law Practice Program of the State Bar of Georgia by Chief Justice P. Harris Hines of the Supreme Court of Georgia.
