Matthew McCord

Professor McCord has nearly twenty years of experience as a litigator. He served as a prosecutor for three years in two different metro Atlanta jurisdictions, and was an associate with the law firm of Harper, Waldon, and Craig in Atlanta for four and a half years before opening his own practice in McDonough. Cooper |McCord is now a general litigation firm with two partners and an associate serving the Atlanta area. Professor McCord is also the Immediate Past President of the Georgia Council of Municipal Court Judges and has served as a municipal court judge for six years.

He and his wife Alley reside in McDonough with their two children, Mills and Cotten.
