- Biography
- Lauren Brenner focuses her practice on international trademark enforcement, mainly in the European Union and individual European countries. Further, she advises clients with domestic and international trademark clearance, trademark application prosecution, trademark oppositions, and global portfolio strategy. Lauren has also participated in proceedings in federal district courts, courts of appeals, and the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB).
Lauren was recognized as a “Rising Star” in 2019 and 2020 for Intellectual Property by Super Lawyers magazine. She was recognized in 2021 as one of the "Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch" for Intellectual Property Law by The Best Lawyers in America®. In 2017, Lauren received the “Young Lawyer of the Year” Award by the Atlanta Council of Younger Lawyers.While attending law school, Lauren received the Dean’s Award for Outstanding Achievement in Trademark Law and was on the Dean’s List for Fall 2012 and Fall 2013.
