- Biography
Kinda Abdus-Saboor, a faculty member of the Externship Program, teaches the Externship Seminar Course, which focuses on identifying the skills of effective lawyering and the concept of professional identity formation
Prior to joining Georgia State Law, she was an associate at a boutique litigation firm in Atlanta. Her practice primarily focused on family law, representing clients in divorces, child custody disputes, adoptions, and petitions for legitimation. She also has experience in commercial litigation, personal injury, and criminal defense.
Abdus-Saboor attended Emory University School of Law as a Henry L. Bowden Scholar. While at Emory, she was named among the Best 1L Oralists and selected as a member of the Emory Moot Court Society. Her Moot Court team placed second in the national New York University Moot Court Immigration Law Competition. She received her B.A. from Emory University, where she graduated magna cum laude.
