Brandy Owens Domengeaux, lecturer of law for Georgia State Law, is a labor and employment attorney. She has served as defense counsel for the country’s largest automotive and pharmaceutical companies. Her litigation experience includes representing clients in labor and employment, product liability, electronic discovery, commercial litigation, environmental and toxic tort defense.
Domengeaux was an associate at Greenberg Traurig LLP, where she focused her practice on labor and employment law. Before joining Greenberg Traurig LLP, she was an associate professor of law at John Marshall Law School in Atlanta. In this position, she taught Pre-Trial Practice and Procedure, Legal Research and Writing as part of the Legal Skills and Professionalism Program.
She also is a former associate with King & Spalding LLP. Domengeaux represented foreign and domestic companies in high exposure product liability and personal injury cases. She will teach Lawyering Foundations I and II.
