Austin Atkinson (J.D. '15) is an adjunct professor at Georgia State University College of Law and a partner at Hall Booth Smith, P.C. He focuses his practice on appellate and appellate-related matters in various types of litigation. As part of this practice, Atkinson represents businesses and individuals on appeal, in post-trial proceedings, and pre-trial matters, including complex motions and issues.
Before entering practice, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable J. Randal Hall of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Georgia.
