Legal Analytics & Innovation Initiative Educational Programs
The LAII is excited to announce that we now have three different ways for you to fortify your knowledge of legal analytics.
This certificate program provides JD students with a working knowledge of data management, data processing, data visualization, prediction, and modern techniques to assess, model, and analyze real-world problems involving legal data. Certificate students take 12 credit hours from five required courses and another nine credits from a designated list of electives. Students also participate in substantial experiential components and complete a major analytics-themed writing assignment.
Building on the deep partnership between the College of Law and the Robinson College of Business Institute for Insight, this program enables students to earn a dual-degree with a Juris Doctor and a Master of Science in Analytics in as little as 3.5 years.
The legal-analytics focused LL.M. degree allows LL.M. students to dive deep into legal analytics, opening up new career paths and opportunities.
