Urban Law and Policy Paper Series

Urban Fellows Paper Series

Welcome to the Urban Law and Policy paper series brought to you by Georgia State Law’s Center for the Comparative Study of Metropolitan Growth.  These papers were carefully selected by Professors Julian Conrad Juergensmeyer, Ryan Rowberry and John Travis Marshall from the Urban Fellows Program and the Growth Management and International Perspectives on Urban Law and Policy courses.  The papers cover a wide variety of urban law and policy topics, including land use law, community development, transportation, energy and environmental law, historic preservation and housing issues.  These papers are being made available as a tool for law and policy makers.
