Health law students honored
Several students in the HeLP Clinic were recognized at the annual College of Law Honors Day.
Professor Jonathan Todres taught students from the College of Law and the School of Public Health in the Global Perspectives on Children and the Law course on a weeklong study abroad trip to Costa Rica.
Professor Paul Lombardo appeared in a program entitled, “A Dangerous Idea: The History of Eugenics in America” at the National Constitution Center.

For Georgia State’s 2019 Law Week, themed “Breaking Barriers,” the Student Health Law Association (SHLA) hosted a panel titled “Perspectives on Telehealth,” which covered the increase in telehealth, potential benefits for patients and legal challenges to provider service delivery.
