If you're a current Georgia State Law student who's serious about pursuing a career in public interest law, but not sure how to get started, the Center for Access to Justice's Public Interest Bootcamp is a great first step.
A2J faculty and public interest attorneys will guide you through a half-day session from 9:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. on Friday, September 22, 2023, covering everything from tailoring your resume and cover letter for public interest employers to what you should be doing and thinking about now while you’re in law school, to position yourself for the future. The boot camp will close with an informal discussion with a number of attorneys who will be on hand to answer your candid questions.
Lunch will be provided. Space is limited, and registration is required. If interested, please fill out this Google Form.
Contact Darcy Meals, director of Public Interest Programs and deputy director of the Center for Access to Justice with any questions.
