The Pro Bono Program is excited to welcome you to join our new project management system on Track It Forward. Once you have created your account online, you can easily access the site either online or by downloading the corresponding mobile app. Sign up here to check out the projects currently offered for Spring Semester. The Google Spreadsheet will no longer host any of our projects, so you must create a Track It Forward account to sign up for projects.
This semester, we’ll continue to have our mainstay projects with Atlanta Legal Aid, which include the Estate Planning and Health Law Project, Family Law Information Center, Gender-Affirming Name Change Project, Bankruptcy Assistance Project, Spanish Interpreters for Intakes; and Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation’s Housing Court Assistance Center, Eviction Outreach, and Saturday Lawyers Program. In addition to these projects, we partnered with the Georgia Justice Project to offer students opportunities for jail intakes and parole applications, Atlanta Legal Aid's Education Advocacy Project and Kilpatrick Townsend for a research project in aid of the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. We anticipate continued project offerings with Georgia Legal Services Project and Georgia Asylum and Immigration Network and a new project with Rehabilitation Enables Dreams (RED).
For students who wish to work with Atlanta Legal Aid but have not previously been trained, save the date for mandatory training on Jan. 21st from 1:00pm - 3:00pm! You can sign up for this training and find the corresponding link on Track It Forward.
