If you're a current GSU Law student who's serious about pursuing a career in the public interest, but not sure how to get started, the Center for Access to Justice's Public Interest Bootcamp is a great first step.
Center faculty and public interest attorneys will guide you through a half-day session from 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Friday, October 2, covering everything from tailoring your resume and cover letter for public interest employers to what you should be doing and thinking about now while you’re in law school, so you can best position yourself for your future. The bootcamp will close with an informal discussion with a number of attorneys, who will be on hand (virtually) to answer your candid questions.
Space is limited, and registration is required. If interested, contact center assistant director Darcy Meals.
