Mindfulness can help reduce stress, boost creativity, improve attention, working-memory and concentration and strengthen relationships.
To participate, you must commit to attendance at all six weekly Tuesday sessions, and attendance will be taken.
Each session will offer a different mindful exercise or meditation for you to practice daily at home (10-20 minutes a day). Because the benefits of mindfulness come with practice, you will be expected to undertake these practices regularly in good faith during this six-week program.
