As I sit here and sip my Pinot Noir and listen to the sweet lullaby of industrial heavy metal (Fear Factory if you care to know), I can’t help but think there might be something better for me to do. Oh, yes! The soul devouring, spirit crushing exams that will come to destroy us all in a fortnight. At least that’s how it should be described on the academic calendar.
Nonetheless, The Docket gang is here to pull your peepers away from Contracts, Evidence, and peopleofwalmart.com.
This week we have a great selection of opinions, features and blogs for your approval:
- Paul Black entertains us with some extra credit questions that you may see on your Bar Fitness questionnaires.
- The bloggers bring us much goodness this week: Diane Kim is back with her weekly blog with the #45 most awesome thing about law school; BOOM! goes the dynamite as our esteemed Dr. Jena discusses the incomparable Dr. J; Robert Dukes brings us his excellent blog about Georgia Legislation, weighing in on Georgia’s water issues this week.
- For your funny bones: Robert Bexley & Judson Mallory present their third installment of Attorney at LOL; Ian Sansot shows us the perils of eminent domain in his much beloved LAWLcats.
- Finally, this week The Docket pays special attention to environmental awareness with articles: Editor in Chief Robert Bexley shows us how to think outside the box with our trash, while Managing Editor Jane Stebbins gives us her Top10 reasons to bike to school!
Happy Studying Panthers!
