contributors to the Docket over the past two years, I would like to say thank
you to our outgoing Editor-In-Chief, Jerri Nims. Your constant efforts and
dedication have made The Docket what it is today and have provided the students
at GSU College of Law with an opportunity to share their activities and opinions
with each other. You have set the bar high, and those of us who remain to
continue your work next year have giant shoes to fill. Thank you for all
