Borrowing Materials at the Law LibraryThe GSU College of Law Library is committed to providing a student-centered and collegial environment designed specifically for law student research and study. Law Library CollectionLaw Library circulating materials generally circulate for four weeks. The due date is stamped or written on a bookmark provided when the item is checked out.University Library CollectionGSU law students can also check out material from the University Library; however, materials borrowed from the University Library must be returned to the University Library.University System of Georgia Collections/GIL ExpressCOL students may request books (but not articles) directly from other libraries within the University System of Georgia via the GIL Express lending service. Instructions on using GIL Express can be found at http://law.gsu.edu/library/ill/gilexpress.phpOther Library Collections/Interlibrary Loan (ILL)The Law Library ILL staff will requests articles or books for COL students when those items are not available at any GSU library and books that aren’t available from a GSU library or other libraries within the University System of Georgia.
