Connecting a Laptop at the Bench

At the bench, you will see a VGA monitor cable and external audio cable.

Connecting a Laptop at the Podium

On the top of the podium, you will either see a VGA monitor cable and external audio cable, or you will see a pop-up laptop adapter with power and VGA, audio and network cable connections.  (Push the top of the cover to open the popup adapter.)

If the courtroom podium has the popup laptop adapter, you will find the needed cables in the front cabinet on the right-hand side of the podium.

Connect these cables to your laptop, and if the popup adapter is present, make sure to connect the cables to the popup adapter as shown.

 

 

 

 

Select the Laptop at the Crestron Control Panel

At the Crestron control panel, on the Main Menu, you will need select the correct laptop input.

 

If you've connected a laptop at the bench, select Laptop in the Bench column.

If you've connected a laptop at the podium, select Laptop in the Podium column.
