Occasionally, the wireless keyboard and/or the wireless mouse will not function.Should you receive a help desk ticket or discover this problem during a classroom check, conduct the following steps to correct the problem.
Step 1: Reboot the Classroom Computer
Reboot the classroom computer to allow the system to detect the USB wireless receiver.Try the wireless keyboard and mouse again. If this doesn’t correct the problem, proceed to Step 2.
Step 2: Replace the Batteries
Remove and replace the batteries in the wireless keyboard or wireless mouse.Try the wireless keyboard and mouse again.If this doesn’t correct the problem, contact Yolanda Travis immediately.If Yolanda is not available, contact Samir Majmundar.
