New Anti-virus Software

Georgia State University is implementing new anti-virus software - McAfee VirusScan.  All Georgia State students, faculty and staff should update to McAfee by January 15, 2010.

Securexam Reminder

If you want to take your FALL in-class exams on a laptop, you must download AND test the Securexam software before the end of the day on Friday, November 20th.  After 11:59 p.m. on November 20th, the software will no longer be available for download or testing.

Westlaw OnePass Updates

Faculty, staff and students with Westlaw access: Make sure to update your Westlaw Username and Password to meet the new Westlaw security requirements.

PantherMail: Where is the Options button?

We've been getting a lot of questions about setting up redirecting on your PantherMail account.  When you log in to set up redirecting, you must use Internet Explorer 7 to see the Options link.

2009 Laptop Recommendations

The College of Law desktop support team has updated the laptop recommendations for incoming 1L students.

New web server

This web site is now running on a new server. Almost everything will function exactly as before, but there are a few changes due to the new increased security measures.

As of today, with the help of College of Law IT staff working in conjunction with University IT staff, the student E-mail list problems have been resolved.
