Need technology help? Submit your tickets online!

The Law Information Technology Team is excited to announce the online help desk Web site for our customers.

In addition to calling our help desk at (404) 413-9111, you now have the option to submit a help desk ticket online. On the help desk Web site, if you have a MyLaw ID, you can also log in and check the status of the tickets you've previously submitted. Check it out at http://law.gsu.edu/helpdesk.

The system can also accommodate ticket submission via e-mail. We have set up departments to better assign and track tickets, Each department has its own e-mail address, as shown below:
