Laptop PolicyAlthough laptops are not required, the majority of students at Georgia State University College of Law own and use personal laptops in and outside the classroom. The College of Law offers a number of services supporting law students’ and researchers’ use of laptops and other devices. Please view below a list of services available in the in the College of Law and the Law Library. NOTE: Students are responsible for maintaining their personal laptop computer for use as an instructional tool in the program. The College of Law does not provide laptop repair or diagnostic services for students. Students are directed to their laptop vendor for diagnosis and repair. Limited laptop services offered by the College of Law will not be able to be rendered if laptops are not in good working order. A compromised student laptop inhibits the successful application of settings and software. The following computing services are available to students at the College of Law:
