ESL CLIENTS
Many of the Clinic’s clients are Spanish speaking only. The Administrative Secretary will translate your correspondence for these clients, but remember to keep the original English version in the file as well. Pay particular attention to the Case Record Sheet on Side 1 of the file because this will indicate whether the client is an ESL client and thus require translation services.
