For Class #2 (Tuesday, July 22) please read: Pakos v. Clark, 453 P.2d 682 (Or. 1969).

For Class #3 (Wednesday, July 23) please read: Brewer v. Erwin, 287 Or. 435, 600 P.2d 398 (1979); McGanty v. Staudenraus, 321 Or. 532, 901 P.2d 841 (1995); and Harris v. Pameco Corp., 170 Or. App. 164, 12 P.3d 524 (2000) -- in this order (oldest to most recent) so you can see the progression of the INTENT element.

For Class #4 (Monday, July 28) please read: Rockhill v. Pollard, 259 Or. 54, 485 P.2d 28 (1971); Boedwig v. K-Mart, Inc., 54 Or. App. 480, 635 P.2d 657 (1981); Kraemer v. Harding, 159 Or. Here, I have posted a template for outlining the "Intent" outline, which was part of your assignment for today. Try to fill in the information as well as you can. We will go over the substance together in class tonight.
