Curriculum

The College of Law will implement a new curriculum in fall 2013. Ninety credit hours are required to graduate, as before, but the distribution of hours has changed.

The Research, Writing and Advocacy course is now called Lawyering: Foundations; the second-year Litigation course is now called Lawyering: Advocacy; Torts and Property are now taught in the fall or spring semesters, and carry 4 credit hours. Part-time students will now take Criminal Law in the second year.
