Students must meet the eligibility requirements to participate in the Externship Program.  Students who meet these requirments and are interested in partcipating in the Externship Program should submit the applicable Externship Application and Contract by the application deadline to Sarita Thompson, Externship Program Specialist, in the Externship Office, Room 326 of the Urban Life Building.

For all semesters: Application and Contract
