1. Office Hours: Monday and Wednesday 2pm - 4pm or by appointment.General Information 2. Final Grade: 3 or 3 and ½ hour open book examination. 3. Make-Up Exam Policy: All make-ups are arranged through the Office of the Associate Dean. 4. Attendance: Required. Students who miss more than 3 classes can be excluded from the course and denied the right to take the final exam. Students who exceed the limit must speak with the professor or exclusion will be automatic. 5. Web-based Discussion Group: A web-based discussion group, the Labor Law Forum, has been created for this course. We will use the forum for posting questions and holding discussion outside of class hours. You will need an e-mail address and internet access in order to participate in the forum. The forum has been set up for each of you by using the panther-based e-mail addresses you each have been given by the College of Law. If you would pefer to use your own e-mail address rather than panther you can submit a change of e-mail address request from our web site. Simply click here, complete the form online, and submit it. If you do not have a computer or internet access, you may use the computers in the Law Library to access the discussion page throughout the semester. The Law Library provides training on how to access e-mail and the internet from the computers in its training lab.
