If you have an exam conflict, please complete the Make Up Exam Request form  Adobe Reader Required  (also available in the third-floor receptionist's area) . A conflict is defined as two exams in 23 hours and 59 minutes. For instance, a 1:00 exam followed by a 6:00 exam is considered a conflict and one of those exams will be moved to the next available make-up day. A 1:00 exam followed the next day by a 1:00 exam is not considered a conflict.

The policy for make-up exams allows a student to request a make-up exam under the circumstances outlined in the Examination Policies for the College of Law in the College of Law Bulletin. Such cases must be approved by the College of Law Registrar. Please complete this form Adobe Reader Required  and return it to the Office of Academic Services for review. The response to your petition will be placed in your student mailbox. MAKE-UP EXAM REQUESTS MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE OFFICE OF ACADEMIC SERVICES NO LATER THAN TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO THE BEGINNING OF THE EXAM PERIOD. YOU DON’T GET TO CHOOSE WHICH MAKE-UP DAY YOU ARE ASSIGNED. APPROVED MAKE-UP EXAMS WILL BE MOVED TO THE NEXT SCHEDULED MAKE-UP DAY.
