Tracey Barbaree represents employers in all aspects of employment and civil rights litigation. Her primary focus is on Rule 23 class action lawsuits and defending collective action claims under the Fair Labor Standards Act. Barbaree has been recognized as a Georgia “Super Lawyer” in Labor and Employment since 2008 and is listed in Chambers USA, America’s Leading Lawyers for Business.
At The Ohio State University College of Law, Barbaree was a managing editor of The Ohio State Law Review and a member of the Order of the Coif. She clerked for Judge Richard C. Freeman, U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
