Biography

Professor Nikki Adcock Williams began her career as a corporate bankruptcy associate at Alston & Bird LLP in Atlanta, GA. She was a member of the Enron Examiner’s team of attorneys. Professor Williams served as a volunteer attorney with The Truancy Intervention Project, the Georgia Innocence Project  and Atlanta Legal Aid’s Special Education Project. At Georgia State College of Law, Professor Williams is a member of the Lawyering: Foundations faculty teaching legal writing, analysis, and oral advocacy. She coordinates the Lawyering: Foundations Graduate Research Assistants program. She has had the honor of presenting at the Legal Writing Institute’s bi-annual summer program. Professor Williams is married to a career prosecutor and is the proud mother of two beautiful budding writers.
