Jason Doss is the owner of The Doss Firm, LLC, an Atlanta-based law firm devoted to representing consumers across the country in a variety of areas including securities arbitrations and consumer class action litigation. He has helped recover millions in damages on behalf of individual investors who lost their life savings due to faulty investment advice given to them by well-known brokerage firms.
Doss has also written and lectured on legal topics related to securities arbitration. To help prevent investment and consumer abuse, Doss co-wrote a book, The Retirement Challenge: Will You Sink or Swim?, with best-selling author and investment adviser Frank Armstrong III. In addition, leading business publications such as the Bloomberg Business Week magazine and Investment News have relied on Doss for analysis of investment related legal issues.
He is also on the board of directors of Public Investors Arbitration Bar Association, an international bar association devoted to advocating for the public investor. Doss is the co-chair of that organization’s Wall Street Dodd-Frank Task Force.
He earned his J.D. from Florida State University in 2002 and his B.A. from the University of Florida in 1997. He is admitted to the bars of Florida and Georgia as well the 11th Circuit other federal district courts.
