Public Interest Law Association (PILA) Annual Auction
Date : February 23, 2008
The PILA Auction is quickly approaching!
Your ticket willl include a catered dinner, silent and live auctions, and a live musical performance by a fellow colleague. It’s an always eagerly anticipated event that invites students, faculty, and alumni to interact with each other in a fun environment outside of the law school. WHERE: Georgia Freight Depot at Underground Atlanta.
WHEN: February 23 from 7pm until 11pm. Buy Tickets online
WHY: To raise money to fund fellowships to enable students to participate in public interest internships. This year our goal is $25,000 in celebration of GSU’s 25th anniversary. WHAT: We need all of you to attend the event, participate in Professor Karaoke, and donate anything you can! (Printable
donation form) Examples of past donations from professors include gift certificates, jewelry, homemade baked goods, and hosting dinner or rounds of golf. HOW: Contact Heather and/or Becky to buy tickets ($30), turn in donations, or sign up for Professor Karaoke. Contact

On behalf of all of us at the Georgia State University, College of Law,
Public Interest Law Association, thank you for considering supporting
our cause. These donations fund several scholarships given each year to
law students at Georgia State University interested in the study of public
interest law. Your support is greatly appreciated.
Please donate something today!

* Do you have a special skill/talent? Why not donate your skills as a
massage therapist, musician, photographer, computer skills trainer
OR if all else fails, donate money and we will make a donation in your
name.

(2) You can send an email (addresses above)with the following information:

+ Item Donated
+ Description of Item
Return completed donor forms to the folder on the door of the P.I.L.A.
office on the second floor of the Urban Life Building or mail them to:
