NIFTEP Workshops

NIFTEP conducts bi-annual workshops that bring together leading academics and practitioners involved teaching legal ethics and promoting professionalism.  Workshops are cosponsored by the American Bar Association Standing Committee on Professionalism. The Spring 2011 NIFTEP workshop was also cosponsored by the Ethics Across the Professions Initiative at the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law.  The Fall 2011 NIFTEP workshop was also cosponsored by the National Organization of Bar Counsel.

Participants in NIFTEP workshops are designated NIFTEP Fellows.  There is no charge for workshop registration, lodging, or meals during the workshop.  A limited number of travel stipends for reimbursement of air fare for the Spring 2012 workshop will be available based on need. Travel stipends will typically only reimburse a portion of air fare expenses.   Unfortunately, no travel stipends are available for the Summer 2012 workshop.
