Two Georgia State University College of Law alumni, Barbara Marschalk and J. Matthew Maguire, Jr., were among 12 Atlanta area attorneys recognized in the Fulton County Daily Report’s annual list of lawyers who are on the rise.  

Marschalk, a partner at Drew Eckl & Farnham and an adjunct professor in the law school’s Litigation Program, graduated in 1998. Maguire, a partner and government litigator at Balch & Bingham, was awarded his JD degree in 1995.
