Atlanta Journal-Constitution publishes Professor Emanuel op-ed on capital punishment

Georgia State University Law Professor Anne Emanuel's op-ed on Georgia's upcoming dubious achievement of being the first state to execute an inmate after a nationwide six-month moratorium on capital punishment was published in the May 2 issue of The Atlanta Journal-Constitution. Emanuel chaired the American Bar Association's Death Penalty Assessment Team for Georgia from 2004 to 2006.
