ProgramsThe Center’s programs offer opportunities for students and scholars to explore issues relating to metropolitan growth and its affect upon the built and natural environment in a wide variety of ways. They include: - Foreign Enrichment Courses in Growth Management and Environmental Law, in which distinguished scholars from around the world come to give small, focused seminars about planning and environmental law and regulations in their countries
- Urban Fellows Program, in which top students from across the university are selected to participate in a monthly breakfast series with top decision makers in Atlanta and the region whose work and actions have a direct impact upon our physical and built environment - from Governors and state Commissioners to County Commission Chairs, business leaders and directors of community action groups
- Foreign Study Opportunities, including the Summer Legal and Policy Study in Rio de Janeiro
- Sponsorships of regular speakers and academic symposia
- A student working papers series that makes notable student research available online to law and policy makers in Georgia and elsewhere
