GSU, Woodruff Park, LL.M. Program

LL.M. Students and the School Year

The full-time LL.M. program must be completed in person. The primary academic semesters are in the fall, from mid-August to early December, and in the spring, from mid-January to early May. Georgia State Law offers limited course offerings during the summer semester, from late May to July, including a study-abroad program, Summer Academy in International Commercial Arbitration, in Linz, Austria, which may be taken at the conclusion of your LL.M. studies.

LL.M. students must begin their studies in the fall semester with a mandatory orientation in mid-August. Students in the Track 2 program will generally complete their degree in the spring semester and take the Georgia Bar examination in July.
