Library Abridged Workshops

The Law Library understands that the life of a law student is extremely demanding.  Even when not in class, students are often busy writing papers, briefing cases, and studying their outlines in anticipation for finals.  This can make it hard to find time for supplemental learning, especially when it comes to legal research.

To help students enhance the research skills they learned in Legal Bibliography, the Reference/Student Services librarians created the "Library Abridged" table series.  The series consists of a variety of topics relating to legal research or professional development.  Librarians provide informative handouts and live instruction, along with free coffee and other giveaways.  The idea is to give students a coffee break while also providing them with information on useful resources.
