This fall we are seeking highly qualified applicants for two tenure-track faculty positions, to start in the 2014-15 academic year. Applicants should have a juris doctor, a distinguished academic background and a proven record of outstanding scholarship, teaching, and professional engagement. In the corporate and business law vacancy, preference is for lateral candidates with experience, holding the rank of assistant, associate or full professor.
