Jim O. Stuckey II



Mr. Stuckey's practice focuses on all areas of labor and employment law. He has successfully defended clients against charges of employment discrimination, harassment and wrongful discharge. Mr. Stuckey previously served as chief legal counsel to South Carolina Governor Jim Hodges. In that role he provided legal advice to Governor Hodges and his executive staff and served as one of the governor's key advisers. In addition, Mr. Stuckey was a law clerk to the Honorable James R. Spencer in the Eastern District of Virginia in 1994.

In January of 2006, the Columbia Business Journal named Mr. Stuckey one of its top 20 rising business leaders under 40.
