Richard Henry Seamon



Richard H. Seamon is a Professor of Law and Associate Dean for Administration and Students at the University of Idaho College of Law. He has previously written on legal education subjects, as well as on substantive law subjects. Before becoming a law professor, Professor Seamon practiced law in Washington, D.C., as an associate in the law firm of Covington and Burling and as an Assistant to the Solicitor General of the United States.
