"The Mystical Hebrew Alphabet" lunch and learn, sponsored by the Jewish Law Student Association
11:45 am - 1 pm - Room 230Please join the Jewish Law Student Association for a FASCINATING lunch and learn event on the topic of:
"The Mystical Hebrew Alphabet"...Learn the deeper meaning behind the shapes, sounds, and number equivalents of the letters, starting with the first letter of the Hebrew alphabet, "Aleph."
Jewish mystics teach that the letters of the alphabet – even their sounds and shapes – have a spiritual depth that makes a difference in the entire universe…as well as lessons for growth for your everyday life.
The speaker is Rabbi Yaakov Marcus, an extremely popular Torah teacher, whose down-to-earth presentation of Jewish mysticism has captivated audiences in Jerusalem and around the world.
Marcus' fascinating 1-hr. talk will discuss how Hebrew letters, including their shapes, numeric value, and philosophical meanings, are used as a vehicle for understanding the purpose of creation, meaning of life, and the spiritual realm.
