Alternative Dispute Resolution in Turkey
Noon - 1 pm - Room 675Join the Center for the Comparative Study of Metropolitan Growth for a fascinating lecture about mediation and arbitration in Turkey. This area of the law is new and developing in Turkey. The lecture will be given by Prof. Dr. Feridun Yenisey from Bahcesehir University Law School in Istanbul, Turkey.
