Urban Fellows breakfast: Ted Baggett, Carl Vinson Institute of Government
7:45 - 9:30 am - Room 201The speaker for the November Urban Fellows breakfast is Ted Baggett, Local Government Program Manager for the Carl Vinson Institute of Government at the University of Georgia. Mr. Baggett will compare and contrast county-city consolidation with the formation of cities.
Breakfast will be served at 7:45 a.m. The speaker will present from 8 a.m. until 8:50 a.m., at which time we will take a quick break for faculty and students with a 9 a.m. class. After the brief break, there will be a question and answer period until 9:30 a.m.
