Urban Fellows Lecture: Shunta McBride, Heir Property in Georgia

The September Urban Fellows lecture will feature Shunta McBride, Associate at DLA Piper LLP. She will discuss the issue of heir property in Georgia, including both urban and rural cases and its effect on families and development. She will also discuss the recent legislation Uniform Partition of Heirs Property Act.
