"Beth Littrell, a Staff Attorney with the Southern Regional Office of Lambda Legal will be give a presentation discussing parenting issues including the use of sexual orientation as a factor in custody decisions, uncertainty in parentage in surrogacy arrangements and the use of reproductive technologies and a divide in the states regarding second parent adoptions.
