Update: The Progress of Healthcare Delivery System Reform

Guest speaker Kim Roeder will cover recent developments in governmental health program reforms authorized under the Affordable Care Act. Her talk will include the Medicare shared savings program and accountable care organizations, the bundled payment demonstration project, medical homes, and other Innovation Center projects.
Kim Roeder, J.D., is a partner in King & Spalding's Healthcare Practice Group in Atlanta. Her practice focuses on representation of healthcare providers, including hospital systems, academic medical centers, physician practice groups and suppliers. Ms. Roeder is a former President of the Georgia Academy of Healthcare Attorneys. She holds a top ranking among Georgia Health Care lawyers in the Chambers USA Client Guide, has been recognized for several years as one of the Best Lawyers in America for Health Care Law and as a Georgia Super Lawyer, and was named an Outstanding Healthcare Fraud and Compliance Lawyer in Nightingale's Healthcare News.
