The Law Review hosts Professor Lucian E. Dervan to present his article, The Surprising Lessons From Plea Bargaining in the Shadow of Terror, which appeared in the Winter 2010 volume.  Professor Dervan will be discussing plea bargaining in the terrorism context.  Please register by Wednesday, February 9 by emailing cweatherford2@gsu.edu.  Lunch will be provided for those that register.
